MEET OUR COACHES
My name is Kelly White. I am the owner of Bellatrix Fitness. I am a certified personal trainer, certified nutrition coach and a registered nurse. I have also been a competitive bodybuilder since 2019, hitting the NPC national stage in 2021. Personally, I have struggled in my life with health and fitness. I was always active as a child, playing sports year round. I even played division 1 volleyball in college. But once sports were done I was lost when it came to nutrition. I spent many years and countless dollars bouncing around from program to program and diet to diet searching for that one thing that would stick. I finally found that in the year I turned 40. I hired a one on one personal coach and learned to use flexible dieting to my advantage. No more yo-yo. I can truly say I have found balance and my goal is to educate my clients on how to do the same. I care very much for my clients and truly want success for them. I understand the struggle, because I have been there. If it weren’t for hiring a coach I wouldn’t be where I am today. I truly believe my programs will help you find lasting health and balance in your life
My name is Dana Fair and I am a certified nutrition coach through NASM. I have a bachelor of science degree in Nursing with a double minor in both psychology and health and wellness. I have been a Registered Nurse for over 3 years and have always had the passion and drive to help others around me. I have been interested in nutrition and weightlifting since the age of 15, and became serious about weightlifting by age 17. I competed in my first bodybuilding show at age 18 while in nursing school. After my show I did have some ups and downs with my relationship with food. It took me years of creating behavioral modifications in my life to make the necessary changes to bring me happiness, compassion and a balance with food restriction. Going through this journey of behavioral modification independently gave me the drive to want to help others. I want to teach my clients to be the best version of themselves by gaining strength, learning the importance of nutrition as well as living a flexible lifestyle. With my background in nursing, sports, bodybuilding and nutrition I bring a diverse amount of knowledge to help you regain a healthy relationship with food while meeting your short term and long term goals. All while minimizing your risks of future health-related complications. I look forward to helping you develop a plan to stay motivated, create healthy new habits and reach your goals!
