Want to train like a Bellatrix Chix? The Bellatrix Warrior plan is a structured lifting plan that will build and progress throughout the 12 week plan. This plan looks much like our custom plans we create for our clients. We focus on compound movements to start and move into isolation movements to give you a holistic workout that will burn calories and build gorgeous muscle. You will get access to the Trainerize app for 16 weeks to help keep you on track and give you enough time to complete the program. While we feel confident in our training programs, no program will give you the transformation you want without proper nutrition.
